Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when buying from Wevllo.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If the item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not functioning correctly, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You may be asked to provide photos or a short video to help us assess the issue.
- Once we review the evidence and confirm the issue, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days or provide a replacement.
- You will not be required to return the item
Items Not as Described or Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)
- If you change your mind or the item is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
- We will provide the return address by email after your return request is approved.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
- Return fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
- No restocking fees apply.
Sale Items:
Sale items are eligible for return and refund under the same terms as full-priced items.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges. To exchange an item, please request a return first. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the preferred item.
Exceptions:
We reserve the right not to refund a customer if the item is damaged due to self-repair attempts or repair by a third party.
Warranty Policy
Manufacturer's Guarantee: Wevllo offers a 9-month warranty from the purchase date against defects caused by faulty material or workmanship. This guarantee doesn't cover damages caused by improper handling, such as dropping the product or deliberate misuse. Wevllo will repair or replace the product at its expense. In case of a defective product, Wevllo will replace it with a new one. Refunds aren't issued under the manufacturer's guarantee, only replacements or repairs.
