At Wevllo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when buying from our store.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, defective, or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once verified, we will issue a full refund or replacement, You will not be required to return the faulty item

Items Not as Described or Unwanted Purchases

If you wish to return a product that is not faulty but no longer wanted or not as expected, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to begin the return process.

  • The item must be unused, in resellable condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • No restocking fees will be charged for any returns.

Sale Items

Sale and promotional items are covered by the same return and refund rights as full-priced items.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The item shows signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.
  • The product has been modified, repaired, or altered by the customer or a third party.
  • The return request is made after the 14-day window has expired.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, the fastest method is to request a return first. After approval, place a new order for the preferred item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision within 1 business day.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to finalize the transaction.

Warranty Policy

Wevllo provides a 9-month warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, accidents, drops, or misuse of the product.

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Wevllo will repair or replace it at no cost to the customer.
Refunds are not offered under warranty claims — only repairs or replacements apply.
