Wevllo currently ships only within the United Kingdom.
International shipping is not available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
There are no hidden charges at checkout.
Order Cancellation & Modification
You may cancel or update your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in preparation or shipped, and changes might no longer be possible. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Wevllo is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If Tracking Shows “Delivered” But You Haven’t Received Your Order
- Check with neighbors or household members in case the package was received by someone else by mistake.
- Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.
- Contact the carrier to verify delivery details or request proof of delivery.
- If the carrier confirms non-delivery, please send the proof to support@wevllo.com
